Cancellation Policy: No refunds are given for cancellations. (If you or your client has to cancel we can reschedule your rental for a $100 fee as long as it is 48 hours from rental date). 

Please note: We’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests; however, please keep in mind that during our busy season, from November to March, we may need to adhere more strictly to our policy.
 

Arriving Early or Staying Late: Please arrive and leave at your designated times to ensure smooth scheduling for all members. $50 will be charged if you exceed your rental time, occupancy limit or leave the door unlocked when departing.

Sending Exit Videos: Before leaving the studio, send a quick video showing the space to confirm everything is in place.

Cleaning and Resetting: Ensure all items are returned to their original location (example pillows, chairs, tables) and leave the space clean for the next member.
