Danielle Harasek is a business coach launching a brand-new consulting business. As she prepared for her launch, she knew social media would be a key part of building visibility and momentum but between client work and business setup, she didn’t have the time or bandwidth to create content consistently on her own.
She wanted a content library she could rely on of videos, photos, and b-roll that felt aligned with who she is, supported her upcoming offers and freebies, and made showing up online feel simple instead of overwhelming.

our strategy:
For Danielle’s VIP Content Day, the goal was to create a versatile, launch-ready content library with a mix of formats she could use immediately and repurpose over time.
We focused on capturing b-roll, talking videos, and multiple scenes, along with both casual and elevated looks to reflect the different sides of her brand. We also prioritized detail shots and horizontal assets for future website use.
Planning included kickoff meetings, a detailed shot list, creative guides, and a prop list to ensure the day ran smoothly. Because Danielle’s brand was still developing, we intentionally created universal announcement and talking videos that could support multiple freebies and future launches.
on shoot day:
The VIP Content Day shoot took place at our studio in Londonderry, where Danielle worked closely with two Social HQ team members to capture her content library. Danielle was a natural on camera, especially in conversational and coaching-style videos. Our guidance focused on refining talking points, suggesting poses, and capturing a mix of structured and organic moments. Pre-planning allowed the day to move efficiently while still leaving space for creative direction and spontaneity.

Scenes included a desk setup, white and pink backdrops, and multiple outfits from a gym look that reflects Danielle’s personality to more polished, professional styling. Danielle also brought personal touches, including a crown, and we sourced a custom pink seamless backdrop to match her brand.
