VIP CONTENT DAY: CHIROPRACTOR
Turning One Content Day Into Long-Term Growth and ROI
The Client: Dr. Frank of Back in Action Chiropractic
Dr. Frank, founder of Back in Action Chiropractic, came to us looking for a more effective way to show up on social media. Specifically, in a way that reflected the work he was doing day-to-day with patients.
Like many service-based businesses, the challenge was finding a way to translate that value into content that felt clear, engaging, and consistent enough to support long-term growth. Rather than building content piece by piece, we focused on creating a strong foundation through a VIP Content Day giving him a library of content he could use well beyond the initial shoot.
The Challenge
Dr. Frank needed content that could:
Clearly communicate what chiropractic care looks like in practice
Build trust with potential patients before they ever stepped into the office
Feel natural and aligned with his personality (not overly scripted or staged)
Reflect a real working environment so that potential patients could actually see what to expect

our approach:
From the beginning, the goal was to create content that felt as close to real life as possible.
Instead of moving the shoot into a studio, we filmed entirely on-site at his chiropractic office inside 2Home Fitness in Concord, NH, capturing the actual environment where he works with patients every day. We structured the shoot to balance both planned and natural moments, including:
Real treatment sessions with patients (who were aware we would be filming)
Behind-the-scenes footage of Dr. Frank at work
Educational and talking-point content
Trend-based videos that could be used for reach and engagement
This combination allowed us to build a content library that felt both informative and relatable, while still giving him flexibility in how he used it later.
on shoot day:
The energy of this shoot was real life, just captured intentionally. Patients came in for their normal appointments, so rather than interrupting the flow of the day, we worked around it by capturing natural interactions, movement, and treatment moments that would resonate with future patients.
At the same time, we incorporated more structured content, including trend-based videos and specific shots designed for Reels, so there was a balance between organic and strategic content.
Throughout the shoot, we guided positioning, angles, and pacing in a way that still felt comfortable and natural on camera, which is especially important for service providers who aren’t used to being filmed regularly.
the results:
By the end of the VIP Content Day, Dr. Frank walked away with a fully built content library, including:
12 edited Reels ready for posting
200+ edited photos
200+ raw video clips for ongoing use
A mix of educational, behind-the-scenes, and trend-based content
This gave him the flexibility to continue creating and repurposing content long after the shoot itself.
how the content performed over time:
More than a year after the shoot, Dr. Frank continued using content from that single VIP Content Day across both organic posts and paid ads. Some of those videos continued to perform well, even as trends cycled back around.
Two of the ads created from this content alone generated a 10x return on the investment from the VIP Content Day, with additional leads continuing to come in beyond that initial return.
Beyond direct ROI, the content also created:
A steady stream of new leads
Increased visibility for his services
Ongoing content he could continue to use and repurpose
A stronger, more recognizable presence on Instagram
“I believe between the two ads I have ended up getting a 10 X return on the investment in the VIP day alone. Plus many more leads as well in the pipeline for it that just aren’t patient yet. I do give you credit for every bit of success that I’ve had with Instagram. So thank you!”
FROM OUR CLIENT
big takeaway:
One shoot, ongoing leads, and a 10x return
Dr. Frank didn’t just get content for a few weeks, he built a library that continues to work for him over a year later. And just as importantly, it gave potential patients a clear, real-world view of what working with him actually looks like before they ever booked an appointment.
